Our two main types of menus are "Reception" and "Dinner" style. Reception style menus typically consist of hors d' oeuvres or appetizer items. Dinner style menus are made up of entrees and side items. Some items can be used on either style menu. The reception style menus below are only a small sample of the infinite combinations available to create the menu of your choice. Feel free to e-mail or call us with any other menu requests.

May we suggest an "Early Table"?
An early table is a table with 2-4 food items that are placed in an area away from the main buffet and available to your guests as soon as they arrive at the reception area. This allows us to keep the main buffet closed and held for the arrival of the wedding party. This addition is strongly recommended for receptions that are not held at the same location as the ceremony and for groups of 150 or more.
